Baltimore City and Baltimore County, Maryland
They served. Now they need a door.
We find landlords who say yes.
We match veterans experiencing homelessness with private landlords, then stay with each veteran until they hold their own lease. Free for veterans and their families.

Landlords come first
The scarce thing isn't money. It's a landlord who says yes. Caseworkers hold rental assistance they cannot spend. Voucher holders search for weeks. Shelters hold veterans who are ready to move on, with nowhere to go.
We build the one thing all of them lack: landlords ready to rent. We hold no property and collect no rent. We find the door, then walk with each veteran until they hold their own lease.

Referral
A caseworker, a shelter, a family member, or the veteran calls us. We look at the whole situation, not just housing.
Match
We find a unit in our landlord network. If needed, a temporary place first, so nobody waits for a perfect match.
Walk the process
Benefits, income, documents and the deposit, with one named case manager at every step.
Their own lease
Permanent housing in the veteran's name. We check in at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Our first-year goal (October 2026 to September 2027): 25 landlords enrolled and 30 veterans and families housed. See how we are governed and funded.
“Due to each individual recovery process being different, our organization will walk through each process with each individual until they are permanently placed.”
